Accruent seals $10 million

Accruent announced Monday it raised a $10 million second round of funding, led by Sierra Ventures. Constellation Real Technologies, Peninsula Equity Partners, Stanford University and previous investors, Innocal Venture Capital, Red Rock Ventures and Pequot Venture Partners, also contributed to the round. The Santa Monica, Calif.-based company has raised a total of $20 million. Accruent develops software for managing contracts, allowing customers to view all their commitments across their respective company.
