But this isn't just another pretty oven. Inside, it has a powerful 24,000 BTU burner and a 15,000 ceramic infrared broiler, plus convection cooking options. Smart interior design gives you the largest oven capacity available on the two larger sizes.
Even the smallest size can fit a half-size commercial 18-inch by 13-inch baking sheet. You can bake a full sheet cake--18 inches by 26 inches--in the two larger ovens. And the racks are fully extendible, so you'll have an easy time moving things in and out of the oven.
