Throughout the 2019 Women's World Cup the United States Women's National Team has been the heavy favorite to repeat as champs. After dominant performances in the early rounds, the team faced stiffer challenges in elimination matches, squeaking by Spain in its first match of the knockout stage, topping host nation France in a historic quarterfinal match and earning a gritty 2-1 victory against England in the semifinals.

Now the USWNT has become the first team in Cup history to reach a third consecutive final. Today they play the Netherlands in the championship, and while Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan and the rest of the US women are favored, it isn't by much.

Here's what cord cutters need to know to catch today's match.
