How to track your car's gas mileage on Android

Tracking your car's gas mileage can help determine if it is getting decent fuel economy, and can help calculate drive costs. FuelLog is an Android app that can show you your MPG and provides lots of useful statistics.

Do you feel like you're not quite getting the gas mileage out of your car that you should be? Tracking your fuel economy can provide you with some hard evidence to determine whether something is wrong. Some cars have built-in computers that can calculate your mileage, but they don't offer much in the way of customization or provide other useful stats.

FuelLog is an Android app that can help you easily track your gas mileage and offers a lot of statistics to help you get a better picture of your car's fuel consumption. You can track things like cost, miles driven, and how frequently you fill up. FuelLog also supports multiple vehicles, and there's a separate tab for tracking maintenance costs as well.

The next time you're at the pump, launch FuelLog and add the fill-up to the log. It might just help you figure out whether your tires are under-inflated, if your engine needs a tune-up, or if you're better off taking public transportation.
