I checked Twitter how many times today? I visited the Orange and Brown Report how many times this week -- when the Cleveland Browns are a still a month away from training camp?

If you too have fallen into some bad browsing habits, give this simple Chrome extension a go. Back Again? performs but two basic tasks in an effort to keep you pointed in the right direction.

The extension places a counter to the right of Chrome's URL bar. It shows the number of times you have visited the page you are currently viewing for the current day. Click on the button to view a chart that shows you the page views for the week.

Sometimes you need cold, hard, empirical evidence to change your behavior. Perhaps Back Again? can provide the raw, depressing data needed to help you make better use of your time online.
