You could use this blender for smoothies and soups too if you're one of those health nuts. We've tested the BlendJet and it's surprisingly powerful given its size, and crushes ice with ease. The battery-powered, rechargeable blender gets great scores in thousands of buyer reviews -- both on Macy's and Amazon -- and it's a steal at $20. The portable party-maker fits in the tiniest of bags and will definitely make a hero out of you at the next park or campsite hang.

My one beef is that the blender will power on without the lid locking in place so be super careful when handling and cleaning the BlendJet.
