Panasonic ZS3 - ZS5

The ZS3 would not be suitable for light graffiti because you need to be able to manually set the aperture for the darkest setting and the shutter speed for the slowest setting.
The ZS3 will not let you do that.

The ZS5 does have High Definition video (HD) but it does not have a HDMI connector.
That means you have to copy the HD video to the computer and burn it to a DVD and then play it on your set-top DVD player, or connect the computer to a HDMI input on the HDTV (if your computer can do that).

The ZS3 has a HDMI connector. You will need to buy an optional HDMI cable and then you can connect the camera to a HDMI input into a HDTV.

Or you can forget about HD video and just make a normal video and plug either camera into any television.

The ZS5 comes with the standard Audio/Video (AV) cable.
The one with the yellow video RCA plug and the White audio RCA plug.
You plug the AV plugs into your television set.
Then you can show your video on the Television directly from the camera.
