Zen Micro Help

Dec 22, 2005 5:28AM PST

I have just purchased a Zen Micro and when I tried to transfer music to the Mp3 the screen on the Zen just froze. Now when I try to turn it on or off it doesn't do anything and it does not show it is connected to the computer.

and do a clean up then make sure you have the latest firmware iunstalled on it. Also make sure you are plugging it into the USB port directly on your MOBO and not an AUX one or a hub. See if that works.
