zen micro headphone socket problems of sound cutting out

How many people are experiencing problems with sound cutting in and out on the zen micro and what did creative do about it when you reported it? This is not a headphone problem...it is the sound that is trying to connect to the headphones..we tried new headphones and then found out through research it is known about by some owners.

Bad internal connections

I recall reading somewhere that the connections to the jack are prone to braking and if so will need to be re-soldered. Unfortunately I can not recall where I saw this, and my zen is starting to do the same so I guess it is time to refresh my soldering skills.

If anyone has any info/guides to fixing this problem please post the link.
