Zdnet's Internet Organizer Pro 2.1 - Task Bar Will Not Come Up on top...

I installed Zdnet's "Internet Organizer Pro 2.1"

to help block popups and other various things. I have the program set to activate when my browser opens. Once my home page is loaded, my taskbar will not appear on top of the webpage like I have it set to do (auto hide). If I minimize the browser, the taskbar auto hides just fine. When I maximize the browser, the auto hide feature now works. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time and help.

the software isn't from ZDNet, it's from WDProjects. ZDNet is only the download service. you will have to talk to the creators of the software and see if they have a solution. it sounds like a bug to me.
