Here is a link I found to help those with similar problem(s). But, you really, really, really got to delete current ZA for a fix and then it may not work.
Besides thier help, no real help from ZA or HP support directly. I got bombarded with requests to fix it and I just got lost at the time, it didn't make sense. I wasted time in other directions. -----Willy
Anyone got some info on ZA(free and Pro) interfering with installed printers? It seems ZA causes the printer to be unavailable(error) after ZA being installed. Most of the babble refers to HP brand. I haven't found a true related cure.
The current jerry fix is to re-install ptr. but the process lasts only until the next reboot. -OR- de-install ZA and the ptr. is OK. Thanks -----Willy
