YP-T9 Album Art

I am using Samsung Media Studio 1 (only one listed for my player on samsung.com)

I also tried WMP11 and I cannot get the background to display album art.
I ripped my cds, even tagged them with v1 and v2 IDE3 tags with album art and it all shows up fine on both players/managers but will not show up in player.
Even under Advanced Tagging Options in WMP11 the album art shows up.

Anyone know what to do here?
