All it takes is for folk to get into action. I have seen similar requests where folk are hung at the starting line. Go get an editor, and start production.
I would like to create a video, preferably mp4 or mov, from an mp3 file and one or more picture files so I can upload my audio/my voice of my comments on shows and other topics but with a static picture to upload to YouTube and embed on any of my blogs, websites and any future endeavour which involves YouTube or streaming, etc. It's going to be my vlog from now on, that is, my method of blogging and webpage creation. I don't necessarily want my face out there and maybe I can create a lyric video with GIFs or even another form of video. I would like to know which program can help me, free particularly, if not paid.
