Call Samsung to see if your firmware is current and if they intend to push Google for a fix.
As to finding others with same issue, that's easy. Check forums and google. Not sure how that helps.
I've been using the YT app on my smart-tv for quite a while with no problems until a month or two ago. Randomly, I'll get part way through a video and it'll pause and throw up a 'Loading' icon. No matter how long I leave it, the video won't continue playing and it will either put me back to the YT app homepage or stick on the loading screen. It doesn't happen on every video and even the ones that I do have a problem with viewing, will play fine on any other device I have.
TV is connected via ethernet to a 200 meg connection so I know internet speed isn't the issue. I've tried restarting the TV, seeing if there's any app updates available and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue and maybe knows a fix for it?
