I keep a canister of clorox or lysol wipes in my drawer and wipe things down. (when I remember) But a thorough cleaning is long overdue.

to get sick.......all I have to do is walk into the room and LOOK at the desk.

I suffer from 'organized chaos'.......and even I can't always find what I am looking for on the damn thing.

a foot and a half high with STUFF. I'm afraid to go near it.

The news story also reminds me of the BBC Radio series "The Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy" where two lead characters discover a space ship filled with "non-essential personnel" from another planet among whom are all the telephone sanitizers. The program, in an aside, mentions that the planet was shortly wiped out by a virulent disease contracted from a dirty telephone.

Don't worry

An amusing series The Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

I remember the burb for the fifth book in the series,

yada yada, a fifth volume in the increasingly misnamed Hitchhiker triology.

Like much though, I thought it was best in the beginning, and slipped a bit as it went along.

BTW, I think it's a male humor story though, sort of like the Three Stooges. I don't understand why, but my wife and many other ladies in a book chat once didn't think a lot of the first book.
