While checking out the "kid's" site, I noticed he has some confusing navigation buttons.
"Home" and "My Home" would work better as "Home", "Asif's bio", "Babar's bio", etc.
The order of the pictures should be the same order as the names in the navigation bar. It took me a few minutes to figure out which biography went with which picture.
Roll over effect on the navigation buttons were fine but I would have also expected roll over descriptive tags for the buttons and pictures as well. Don't forget new websites need to meet certain accessibility issues for users with disabilities.
Back and forward buttons did not work in my browser (Safari). It may work in an MS browser but he needs to anticipate functionality across many platforms.
"Contact me" button should bring up an email program.
I noticed he had Statcounter embedded into your code. It's nice to keep track of that stuff. I use Google's Analytics myself. I like the interface and customizable features they offer.
All in all it's pretty good .
