Resolved Question

You OK, Dafydd?

Whem the Marches start marching you know something's wrong.
The report says magnitude 4.4, which Californians will tell you isn't much, but they're wrong. It's 'not much' only when you're not in it.

It was only when daughters started ringing we knew about it. Now they only live 100s of yards away from us but we didn't feel a thing. Strange as it was felt in Liverpool, Cornwall, and other places in England
We are only about 25 miles from the epicentre. I can only conclude that that the earthquake thought better not go near Daf's house. Devil (Didn't want to unleash the dragon).
Was going to post a link but I know you read UK news.

The Mexico quake was 7.2, with many aftershocks almost as strong. Stay where you are. Happy

I hadn't seen the Geoffrey one.
There's a high place in Cornwall that's said to be connected with Arthur. Both areas share him, whoever he was.
Excalibur[n]. In an article about Japanese swords of the Middle Ages, it was noted that they were uniformly excellent. In Europe though, a really good one was so rare that it often found a name, like Roland's or Arthur's. Anyway, the armaments of the real Arthur would have been not much more advanced than that of his Roman predecessors, ca. 450. Hollywood likes full armor, lances and such, hence the Sean Connery and Nicol Williamson films. I liked the latter as story telling.
