You lost me, Molly.

I admit I've been skipping BOL more often lately, but the last one I heard just pushed me over the edge to unsubscribe. But after years of faithful listening, I thought you should know why.

What happened is all the serious people that left, those who previously balanced Molly's trademark and loveable pesonality with more serious stuff.

Then she got paired with Brian Tong and the whole balance thing went out the window. Then it all became about singing and doing love advice. Don't get me wrong, I used to love the singing too, the episode where they kept doing Under the Bridge put me back into a Chili Peppers phase that still hasn't ended years later... but it was balanced, with Tom and Rafe gone as regular hosts BoL became too distracted and disjointed.

I still love Molly but unfortunately have found myself viewing very little CNET content... I guess it's either a funny coincidence or a calculated move by that other podcast network that shan't be named, but the dwindling of CNET quality happened around the same time that other network made a huge push upmarket. I can't help it but they have mostly won me over... there will always be The404 though.
