I use various means to remove software. I couldn't check just one, and I thing quite a few others are the same way.
I usually use the windows' add/remove programs, but if that fails, I'll either manually remove the software or use an aftermarket uninstaller.
Oh, and "Pack Rats" take note: Leaving stuff to accumulate in your computers will make even the best computers slow and unreliable eventually. People have upgraded needlessly because they were dissatisfied with their computers' performance, when all they needed to do was clean house. What a waste.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
