YooSee home surveillance camera problem

I have a YooSee home surveillance camera. For some reason it is offline until I go to the app and push the screen on my phone. It then goes onkine and I can see my home live. I don't think it is recording when it is offline. I want it online all of the time so I can see what is going on when I am not home live without starting the app and turning it online. It used to work the correct way but does not anymore. How do I get it back to the way I want it to work, online all of the time? Thanks!

I read over https://www.google.com/search?q=YooSee and see a few models and apps.

I think YooSee's app may be misleading you as the camera if I read this right does record to the cloud and the app would indeed be offline as if the app on the phone was online all the time could kill your wallet over data usage.

Try this another way. See if the recordings are up in their cloud.
