Yoga Tablet 2-1051F not booting all the way

Tablet boot all the way to the main setup of windows then I cant do anything else because it wont let me hit the next button , I'm thinking of the screen touch drivers are not installed and I cant use the Bluetooth keyboard because it not recognizing it , any help?

Get back to Lenovo's site and look how to factory reset it.

Also, if you think a keyboard will fix it, plug one into the USB port.

But I have to leave this here. If the service doc and other information isn't enough, we are left with a call to Lenovo about repair. I mentioned two ideas and it doesn't seem you can use either.
