YH-925 Problems

i am having a pbolem with samsungs YH-925 mp3 player. i was putting files into it when it told me to update it so i did. now that i updated to this janus thing it wont work. my pc wont recognize it, nothing will. not a single program recognizes it.i am not sure what to do. please help.

i had same probelm. it keeps telling you to upgrade right? and the update dosnt work right?
for me it was my antivirus. disable it and reinstall everything
