I have a brand new 60-inch Samsung 6300 LED hdtv. Immediately after firing it up I noticed, first, on black and white movies, a "yellowish" tint in the upper right hand quadrant of the screen. It's about 8 to 10 inches wide and just as deep. It gives the screen, in that area, a gold or yellowish tint.
I then carefully looked at color programming - and it's there on pure white pictures...it comes through as a very faint brightness or yellow..faint, but it's there.
I've asked Samsung and they don't have a clue. Best Buy is replacing the set this week...but what IS happening here? Does anyone have the technical reason for this? Thanks - Larry
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
