yellow subjects in pics...

HI! i have yellowing in my pics (see the faces)... it drives me crazy since i can't fix it... it does it sporadically... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">

I don't see the yellowing you are referring to, but I do not know what your kid's faces really look like. That said, if the issue is sporadic, it is probably the camera's automatic white balance control being fooled by the light. Some camera's auto WB works better than others, but even if an auto WB work well, it can still be tricked. Your Canon camcorder has six other white balance presets, plus a manual white balance control; you can try a different preset so that the colors will come out the way you want.

Posting a picture

To post a picture on this forum, you have to park the picture somewhere on the Internet and then include the address of the picture in your post.


Example:

If you don't have a place to park a picture, you can open a free account with Photoucket.com

After you park the picture, there will be four boxes under the picture tumbnail.
Click the second box under the thumbnail and it will put the address in your computer scratch-pad.

You can then put the picture's address in your Forum message by typing Ctrl-V
