Year old Problem using Version Tracker Pro/No.090812-000212

Dear Customer Help team

By mistake I purchased a download of Version Tracker Pro Mac while I need a Version Tracker Pro Windows.

Is it possible to "exchange'" the Mac download for a Windows one.
I have no use for the Mac download as I do not have a Mac computer
