Yankee or Dixie?

.

Check on your dialect and see if you might have crossed over to the "other side"! Simply click on the correct answer. As you go, the quiz will automatically interpret each answer to show you what your answer implies about you. When you are done, press Compute My Score. Your score will be calculated as a percentage:

0% is pure Yankee and 100% is pure Dixie.

NT - 73% (Dixie). That is a pretty strong Southern score!

"Barely into the Yankee category." as stated on the score report.

About 30 years ago I would have chosen differently on some questions. The way I speak now has changed some (less redneck-like, I suppose), and I know of some things now I was unaware of before, so would have had several "I don't knows".

This was fun Happy

It gave me 48% Yankee and 71% Dixie for the same answers. Was this put together by a Yankee or a Dixie? Happy
