Yamaha RXv 465 Vs Pioneer VSX 819H-K

Is it that important of a choice? I will be odering the Fluance AV HTB5s soon and am looking for an amp to pair with them and my Panasonic S1 42" 1080p plasma. Ive perused the specs on both amps and, although I think I understand everything, I just want to make sure that I am not missing anything big.

I know it probably comes down to preference. I am currently using a Yamaha, and originally planned to get the 465, but I found reviews about the Pioneer amps that said that they're the "best for the money." I mainly want good sound while watching Blu Ray movies. Any advice?
