Yamaha RX-V473 Receiver Help!

I'm having a problem with my receiver after a recent lightening storm. Any ideas of what might be happening? No internal components look to be burned out, bulging or visually bad. I posted a video of the behavior on youtube: https://youtu.be/qpkB9zv7y8U

I see some PDFs there so your electronic repair skills along with Volt meters would be needed.

My bet is a new receiver is cheaper than a repair shop.
