Yahoo & Outlook troubleshooting

by skibusmom / February 5, 2008 4:21 AM PST

I downloaded YPOPS over the weekend and was able to download most of the email in my Yahoo inbox when I opened Outlook. However, today when I opened Outlook all the emails are gone. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may have happened? They are no longer in my Yahoo inbox either.

I have put outlook in all the views possible - I just cannot find any folders that have the emails that were downloaded from yahoo - which I was able to see and work with just 2 days ago - this is extremely frustrating.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
