Yahoo Messenger Doesnt Open

I have Yahoo Messenger 10 which was opening and working well for sometime now. but three weeks ago when i click on yahoo Messenger, it doesnt opens the program rather it displays on the icon tray and brings out an error message that Yahoo Messenger has encounter and error and needs to close.

I have cleaned my registry, uninstall and reinstall both older versions but to no avail. please i want the house to help me solve this issue. Other programs on my system are opening well. I am using Fujitsu Siemens Amilo 1718, Windows XP. Thanks

Conmpatibility issue

Maybe your yahoo messenger and your operating system has a compatibility problem or your yahoo messenger is in beta version. When you say beta version, beta is not fully develop and have some bugs compare to release version
