Yahoo Messenger 10 problems

I am running Windows Vista with UAC enabled.

I can install Yahoo Messenger as I am the admin but I cannot run Yahoo Messenger inside a standard user a/c.

Why is this so?

Windows Live Messenger don't have this problem even if UAC is enabled
