Yahoo Groups won't let me in and won't help ...

May 21, 2005 6:19AM PDT

The sign-in page asks for birthday, zip, country, then you get to choose to get a new password (by entering your Yahoo user ID) or get your user ID (by entering your email address).

When I fill in the page and ask for the user ID, I get "Success!! We are sending your user ID to your email address!).

When I fill in the page and ask for the forgotten password, I get "Sorry. You entered the wrong information."

Yahoo WILL NOT help me with this problem. My password won't work, and I'm the moderator of a yahoo group and need to get in. I've spent three days, and over 20 emails, begging for help, but all I get is form letters with no useful information.

Anyone have any ideas? How do I get through to these people? I'm really stuck here. Any way to find my lost password?

It's my fault entirely - I had it stored in RoboForm, and deleted it suddenly by mistake by - actually - spazzing out and having my hand mistakenly hit the delete button (one button! All this caused by one miserable twitch on one miserable button!)

Any help out there?
