Purchased this unit from Costco for $1499.99 and would like to know what the best settings are.
I just got the TV for $1350 from Dell (after a promo code I found via Google). I've hooked it up and it looks pretty decent out of the box, but I ordered the Digital Video Essentials: HD Basics Blu-Ray from Amazon. It should arrive early next week. Once I go through it and find the settings for me, I'll post them here.
OK I got the Blu-Ray last night and went through the calibration. Here is what I got. Keep in mind, that I am not a professional calibrator, so my results may not be perfect. Also since the test patterns were coming from my Blu-Ray player, they may compensate for irregularities in the output of my Blu-Ray player (Sony BDP-S570).
