Xtreamer - beaware of them

Hello

Here is my story with Xtreamer as I post online so people will be aware of how offending this company actually is.
The story begins when I ordered a sidewinder 4 streamer from xtreamer website and it came defunct. After a few e-mail to the company they did let me to open an RMA request and we agreed that I send them back the defunct streamer in exchange to a new one. The new one should have been sent as my defunct streamer is delivered to them. After the RMA confirmation I sent back my streamer and after a month passed by HongKong Post told me that it was delivered to its destination. Then I tried to reach xtreamer to confirm it but i got no answer. Later on I was trying hard to reach them by any means but they ignored any each one of my e-mails or messages for about a month!
I tried even to post the case of their facebook or their forums but I was banned from both of the sites. so now I got stuck without no streamer and no 120$ I paid them.

If anyone knows what can I do I will be very thankful for any advice. And besides, I want everyone to learn from my case and to keep as much distance as possible from this thieves called Xtreamer!

After contacting the credit card company, they will hopefully cancel the deal and give me my money back.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
