XSitePro or is there something better?

by alamil / September 5, 2008 8:39 PM PDT

XSitePro seems to get lots of good write ups but these are mainly via Affiliates who want you to buy from them. Now, is there a real review out there or any alternative packages that are better?? I have no programming experience or knowledge at all. All I want to do is produce very professional looking static sites with the odd piece of e-commerce but not on shopping cart scale - as easily and quickly as possible. XSitePro claims to offer me this but what alternatives are there and what are the pros and cons of each????

Are packages available for a one off fee better or should I purchase an easy to use web design package that has a pay monthly option? Does this mean better ongoing support?

It's all very confusing and all help is much appreciated!!

Many thanks
