My XPS M2010 is only a couple of years old and has experienced two major failures that required it to be sent to the depot for repair. The display will freeze up and there is no keyboard or mouse connectivity. The only resort is power down and reboot. Each time it failed (once in 2008 and February 2009) a reboot results in no display and the computer will not reach POST when powered up. Each time it failed the service tech came out and replaced the mother board. That did not resolve the problem so the machine was depoted. To fix the problem the video card was replaced in each instance. My concern is this appears a continuing issue. I have checked other DELL forums and yes other people have experienced this problem with the XPS M2010. After paying a prenium $ for a top of the line PC I would expect DELL to recognize and fix a design deficiency in their product line. I like this machine but with a continuing failure as this I'am seriously consider sell it and going to another brand.
