It's there. I'd go ahead and replace the CMOS battery for reasons I've written about for years. This is a dollar item and can interfere with power up if too low.
Get estimates for a new motherboard too.

hello everyone I'm kinda stuck my laptop is out of warranty and suddenly won't turn on when I press the power button !
I tried to remove the battery ,but still the same I get the led light on the power button for a quick second and thats about it nothing is turning on neither the screen nor the keyboard, when its plugged in I can see the light on the charger lit, on the laptop it will display its charging then will turn off after a few second and then back on after a few .
finally when I start with a control alt del and the power button I get to see the keyboard lighting up for a few second .
on the side when I do a long press I can see the battery indicator is full .
let me know whats your thoughts?
