Maybe the IT staffer just needs a little more course work? I'd talk to the IT staffer and suggest they get out the company credit card to make the calls to Novell and Microsoft to have the best possible chances of success. Also talk kindly to that IT staffer about taking more Microsoft Server administration courses.
I have one Novell Server and two Win 2003 servers. I recently began working at this place that has about 200 users. They are all in workgroups. I decided to add them all to the domain to allow me to manage these workstation easily. Well, funny, after adding these workstations to the domain, they began getting the blue screen of death. So far it has happen to about 25 machines. I have to completely rebuild the workstations. Any ideas why this is happening?
