The problem is because you loose a library related with the shut down of the PC, you only have 2 chances, you can restore your system to a date you remember the machine worked good, how?, Start, Programs, Accesories, System tools, System restore, there you are able to restore your system into a past date, and the other option of course is you have to re-install your software, YOU MUST FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE

Hoping to helpyou
