xp total securtiy 2011

This program is on my computer and it has locked out some of my features NEVER buy any thing from them I have ask Several times for them to help me and they refuse to answer me. The program only directes me to the purchase page and I don't want to buy it

These instructions are for numerous rogue program including XP Total Securty 2011

If you are not a member of BleepingComputer you will probably see ads above the removal guide. Disregard those and scroll down to the guide. It would probably also be a good thing to print out the instructions. You might need to use a different computer to view the link if you are having internet problems because of the malware.

tend to hurry too much. Leave it to the older (and wiser?) people like you to take the time to think about things before switching to another task in their busy multitasking world.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
