If you can't spot it with MSCONFIG, try STARTER which I note at http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6132-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=1313&start=0

Hi perhaps I should be more specific, when I start windows, my system 32 folders appear they are open.
I would like to know how to stop this from occuring
