XP SP3 install

by bha19 / May 16, 2008 10:27 AM PDT

I have an HP m7580n media center XP SP2 with all updates. I also have KAV internet security suite. My mouse and keyboard are wireless and through USB as well as my printer. I also have Comcast internet going through a Belkin router/firewall. When I dwonloaded and installed XP SP3 and rebooted, my computer would get to the Windows splash screen then show a BSOD for about 1/2 a second and then reboot. This would happen repeatedly so I went back to SP2. Any suggestions?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
