XP setup lost .. though still have product ID .. help !!

i have a latitude D610 Laptop .. and it came with a windows xp professional .. i have a product id written on the back of this laptop but i don't have XP professional setup .. is there a way that i could use the product id written on the back of my laptop to activate any XP professional windows .. kindly spend some time to solve my problem Happy .. <3

Head to amazon.com, ebay.com, newegg.com and buy a copy of XP Pro. If you are lucky you can use your key or unlucky you can use the new key.

But I'd call dell.com first and see if restore media can be ordered since that's the cheap exit.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
