XP restarts every 15 mintues

Hi,

Every 15 minutes the message "system shutdown Initiated by NT Authority / system

then it will restart in 60 seconds. This occurs every 15 minutes

solution for ur problem

i thing ur os has affected by the worm virus,& download a sasser (virus definition)from norton antivirus website

also possible blaster worm

there is hotfix in mskb for balster worm
when you get the timer type shutdown -a in run window to stop the shutting down temporarily
