Editing the Boot.ini file can eliminate a dual boot scenario. However there can be advantages in keeping it.
I have 2 separate drives on my PC. The primary drive C had Windows XP Pro. I felt the need to reinstall XP after a virus battle, etc. Somehow I inadvertently installed XP onto Drive D. Now I have two XP Pro choices on startup.
Is there a way to remove one or the other without reformatting the drive? Any advice will be useful.
