Dual booting's pretty much your only option short of one of you picking up the other language.
Can't say for sure, but it might be possible to get Mozilla to have everything show up in Hebrew on an English OS. IIRC, Mozilla uses it's own internationalization code so it will work on other platforms, meaning it tends to bypass anything in the OS. I'd say it's at least worth exploring. If it doesn't work, you're out some time and nothing more.
my daughter needs net access, but doesn't get on too well with english menus/programs...
i have her set up on D: with her own account, but i need to install IE6 in a different language (hebrew) but as my OS is in english, i get a "refusal" from m'soft when i try to install IE in hebrew...
i "could" install XP in hebrew on D: (i have the space) but i don't want the hassle of dual booting etc...
i was wondering, "if" i install XP in hebrew, but boot into english, will her account "see" hebrew, or the english OS i booted into?
any dual language users around? any ideas?
