XP networking error

Does anyone have any idea why I keep receiving this error under "My Network Places". I am trying to network 2 laptops across a wireless connection.

"Home Office is not accessable. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have permission"

This is very strange because I am logged in as the administrator. I also have myself set up as a power user. I am using a Dell Inspiron 5100. I just wiped clean my HDD and reinstalled XP so my PC is very clean.
