I have somehow lost the category view in Control Panel. All I have is Classic View taking up the whole window. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Not what I needed but, caused me to think and was able to find the right adjustment.

When you double-click the Control Panel it'll opwn in the default Category View.
On the Left Hand side just under Control Panel label you can toggle the view from Category to Classic View.
I suspect in Richard's case this switching of the view option was minimised (hidden). To the Right of the Control Panel label is a small circle with Up/Down arrows. Click that and the view options will either be revealed or hidden.
