Most examples I see from http://www.google.com/search?q=%22ODBC+Microsoft+Access+Driver+Login+Failed%22 give a more detailed explanation. Doesn't yours?
It's more or less surprising to see that, apparently, Earthlinks mail uses an MS Access database (via ODBC). MS Access isn't free and it isn't present on a Windows XP system by default, only if you've installed it. Maybe they took a license from Microsoft for the engine?
Things you can try:
1. post more details on the error message here, if present
2. do a repair install or reinstall of MS Office, if you've got a version that includes MS Access
3. reinstall the Earthlink software
4. System Restore to when it still worked
5. contact Earthlink helpdesk
Please do step 1, if you can.
Otherwise post back after step 5 failed.
If you can reproduce this error (by rerunning the program once you've fixed it) you proved that iobits claim on their website "100% safe" for this program (free v3) isn't true.
Better ditch the program then and ask your money back.
It would be nice if you told us the final result.

I am using Microsoft XP with a dial up connection. I use Earthlink mail and any time I try to access mailbox i get this message. It appears that my driver is corrupted or otherwise unaccessable. I began having this problem after running Obits Advanced System Care. I have restored changes made by the program to no avail. Can someone tell me how to reinstall this ODBC driver or access it. I am able to access my email through web mail.
