XP CD Burning

1. Copying files from WinExplorer to the CDR Folder, system notifies that there are items to be burnt to CD, but then warns there is no media in the Drive. The only solution is reboot and the files are burnt.(Same if I use Nero). How can I fix this hassle?

2. How do I prevent XP from ejecting CD after burning?
3. Is there a way to rename a CD after it has been burnt?
